SWANNAY BREWERYCURRENT BREW PLANT We are currently brewing on a micro-sized (five brewers barrel) brew plant while we install our bigger (20 bbl) kit. Take a wee look at some of our World Class Real Ales in the making: NEW BREW PLANT Situated in an old creamery (Swannay Farmhouse Cheddar, Swannay Farms) the site itself already has a vast and impressive history - we are intending to build on this, indeed we already are!
